Ayurvedic lifestyle coaching is the science of living in alignment with your unique constitution (prakriti). Our lifestyle coaching programme begins with a thorough Ayurvedic assessment to determine your dominant dosha and current state of balance (vikriti). From there, we design a practical, sustainable approach to food, daily routine, sleep, stress management, and seasonal living — one that fits your real life, not an idealised one. This is not a diet. It is a recalibration of your relationship with your own body.
